Based in Charleston, SC, Erika Lynn is influenced by her travels through Southern Italy.
The process begins with designing and drawing her own patterns, choosing the perfect leather combinations, cutting the leather hides by hand, stitching, shaping, and hammering. These traditional techniques and handwork go into the beauty of her handmade products. Erika shops the tannery markets and purchases only top grade cowhides and genuine exotic leathers. These exotics include fish leather, python skin, ostrich, alligator, and lizard skin. She uses the finest leathers, gem stones, and precious metals to create unique works of art to be cherished for many generations.
